I'm very excited about my house and eager to share all the details, so I've created this "virtual guided tour" until I can show off the estate to everyone in person.
On this home page, I'll describe what first attracted me to the house and what I love most about it. The first thing I noticed was the wide quiet street and the old growth trees. Next, I saw how well the neighbors maintained their property. My realtor refered to the homes in the neighborhood as being stately. The house is within walking distance to one of the finest schools in the area but not too close for traffic to be a problem. Also, it's within walking distance to the train station and shopping as well as where I work. Technically, I could leave the car at home!
This would include features such as a fireplace surounded by lead glass bookcases, stained glass windows, and lots of woodwork. I'll also include a picture or two that shows off the house well.

The house also has a one-carriage barn style garage.
Size: I haven't measured it yet.
History: The house was previously owned by Florence Fencsak. I purchased it from her estate in "as-is" condition. According to my home inspector, the house had not been maintained for the majority of it's life.
